4. Fees and Payment

All services are offered against a mutually agreed-upon fee.

1. Fees are due before service delivery unless otherwise specified.
2. Payments are non-refundable once services are delivered.
3. Invoices must be settled within 7 days of issuance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, strategies, and business plans developed by DriveX Consultants remain the intellectual property of the company unless transferred under a written agreement.

2. Copying, reselling, or redistributing our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

DriveX Consultants provides strategic recommendations. We are not responsible for any financial losses, business disruptions, or legal issues resulting from the implementation of our recommendations. We do not guarantee business success or revenue outcomes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any client relationship if:

1. Terms are violated
2. Payments are not made
3. Misconduct or abuse is directed at our staff

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
